Windsor v. USA (2nd Circuit): DOJ’s opposition to BLAG’s motion to dismiss

BLAG and the DOJ have each filed a 2nd Circuit appeal in this case. On July 19, BLAG filed a motion to have the DOJ’s appeal, case number 12-2435, dismissed. Here is the DOJ’s opposition to dismissing its appeal.
