11th Circuit upholds lower court decision in favor of transgender woman fired in Georgia

This just in from the 11th Circuit: Glenn v. Brumby
This is a lightening fast decision from the court. Jason Hewett (you probably know him as bJason here at P8TT) attended oral arguments just last week in Atlanta. He said it seemed pretty obvious the panel wasn’t buying the state’s arguments.

I'm glad the State's hatred backfired and set precedent in the South.
