- A new ABC News/Washington Post poll taken November 7th-11th shows majority support for marriage equality, 51%-47%.

The REAL question is how does nom try to spin the data from this latest poll.
We know they will try, but their bucket of spin is getting to the point of being almost empty. Is this why they're going to try to amend the Indiana state constitution to try to replenish some of that bucket of spin? (Funny thing is that the next general election in Indiana is in November 2014, two additional years for opinion polls to illustrate how far the ground is shifting under nom's feet.)

And Nate Silver's analysis of when such amendments will fail (which correctly predicted that Minnesota's would with the accelerated model) shows that the one in Indiana will fail in 2014 (it would also ban civil unions too).
