I've been following that site, too. They're right at the halfway mark now with 75,000 signatures. Yes, that is only halfway, but they have been steadily increasing the number of signatures they've been adding each day. Still crossing my fingers though! Less than a month left.

How exactly is Romney NOW going to stand behind his pledge to the National Organization for (defined by genitals) Marriage to push to Amend the U.S. Constitution, of all things, to deny gay couples the right to marry, even in States that have already enacted marriage equality.

Those who have the opportunity to do so, need to hammer Romney on this one. With the revelations of how heartless he could be as a school-boy, it will only hammer home the point if he is forced to stick behind his pledge to strip gay couples (and the children they raise) from the right to marriage EVERYWHERE in the nation.

He's toast.

That couple was *directed* by the Mormon church to give that money. (I remember the article too). That's part of how the LDS' involvement in Prop 8 was exposed.
