DOMA: A quick update on Cooper-Harris v. USA, challenge by military servicemember

Yesterday we reported on a filing by BLAG that was a reply to the DOJ’s response to their motion to intervene in the challenge to DOMA by a military veteran. There’s now another reply from BLAG – this time replying to plaintiffs’ response.
A hearing on the motion will be held on May 14.
